These Pilot Access Terms (the “Terms”) govern participation in the StoriCompass™/ CulturAlign™ early-access pilot (the “Pilot”). By ticking “I agree” or accessing Pilot materials, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are.

To Learn Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 44 619 973 698) provides the Pilot and associated materials, sessions and tools.

2. Eligibility & scope.

You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) and accept these Terms. The Pilot is educational and not therapy or clinical advice. Health professionals remain responsible for practising within their professional scope.

3. Licence to use (limited).

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access Pilot sessions, materials and tools solely for your own learning (or, if agreed in writing, for your named organisation’s internal evaluation) during the Pilot period. No resale, commercialisation, external training, or public sharing is permitted without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property.

All Pilot content and underlying methods—including StoriCompass™, CulturAlign™, (the Life Story Compass, the Cultural Identity Blueprint), curricula, templates, videos and software—are our confidential intellectual property. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are assigned or transferred.

5. Confidentiality (mutual).

Pilot materials, sessions and links are confidential; you must not share, publish or distribute them outside your enrolled team without our written consent. You agree not to share, publish, post or distribute non‑public Pilot materials, recordings, links or access credentials. We will keep your non‑public information confidential and use it only to deliver and improve the Pilot, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Restrictions.

You must not (and must not enable others to): copy, record, scrape, download at scale, translate, frame, reverse‑engineer, create derivative works, or redistribute Pilot content; remove notices or watermarks; or share access beyond your named team.

7. Feedback & testimonials.

You agree we may use de‑identified feedback and usage insights to improve the tools. If you provide a testimonial, you grant us a non‑exclusive licence to use it with your name/title/photo if supplied (you can withdraw future use by written notice).

8. Data use.

We collect limited personal information and de‑identified usage information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may produce aggregated, de‑identified learnings from the Pilot.

9. Third‑party tools.

We may use services like Zoom, Slack/Teams, Tally and ConvertKit. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy notices.

10. Health & professional disclaimer.

The Pilot is not clinical treatment or professional advice. If you apply concepts with clients, you remain responsible for consent, ethics and clinical judgment.

11. No guarantee; Pilot is “as is”.

The Pilot is experimental and provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude warranties and limit liability. Nothing here excludes non‑excludable consumer guarantees.

12. Liability cap.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Pilot is capped at the fees you paid (if any). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Termination.

We may suspend or end access immediately if these Terms are breached, content is misused, or for operational reasons. You may stop participating at any time. On termination, your licence ends and you must cease use of materials.

14. Publicity.

With your consent, we may acknowledge your participation (e.g., “Participant in Early Access Pilot”) without revealing confidential details.

15. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria, Australia have non‑exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes.

We may update these Terms for future cohorts. The version you accept on signup applies to your Pilot.
